Island United AC Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Miami, Florida, operating the North Miami Islanders and the Island United Soccer Academy (IUSA). Founded with the belief that soccer is more than a game, our programs serve as a powerful platform to educate, mentor, and empower youth in our community.
We provide free and affordable soccer opportunities for children and young adults, focusing not only on athletic development but also on building character, discipline, and leadership. Jeffrey Nicolas

Jeffrey Nicolas is a military veteran, community leader, and entrepreneur dedicated to empowering youth and families across South Florida. As the Founder and CEO of Island United AC Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization operating the North Miami Islanders and Island United Soccer Academy (IUSA), he leads efforts to provide affordable, high-quality soccer programs and mentorship opportunities for underserved youth. Through his leadership, Island United has become a bridge between sports, education, and community empowerment.
In addition to his nonprofit work, Jeffrey is a licensed Realtor with The Nice Agent Co., where he helps families and investors achieve their real estate goals with professionalism, integrity, and personalized service.
With over 20 years of experience in law enforcement and military service, Jeffrey brings discipline, leadership, and a strong sense of duty to everything he does. His passion for soccer, real estate, and community service continues to inspire and create lasting opportunities both on and off the field.
Andre Antoine
Director of Operations, Island United AC Inc.
Andre Antoine brings years of experience in security and operations management, having previously worked as a Homeland Security contractor. As Director of Operations for Island United AC Inc., he oversees logistics, program coordination, and day-to-day activities that keep the North Miami Islanders and Island United Soccer Academy running efficiently. His leadership and dedication help ensure a safe, organized, and impactful environment for all players and staff.
Gilbert Presume
Founder & President, Island United AC Inc.
Gilbert Presume is the Founder and President of Island United AC Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through soccer, education, and community engagement. With over six years of leadership at Island United, he has been instrumental in building a platform that provides affordable, high-quality soccer programs and mentorship opportunities for young athletes across South Florida.
A 22-year veteran of law enforcement and public service, Gilbert spent four years as a Correctional Officer before continuing his distinguished career in law enforcement. He also served six years in the U.S. military, where he developed strong leadership, discipline, and teamwork skills that continue to guide his work today. Gilbert holds an Associate Degree in Electronics, reflecting his technical background and commitment to lifelong learning.
Through Island United, Gilbert combines his dedication to service, mentorship, and community development to inspire and uplift the next generation both on and off the field.
STEEVE PIERRE-LOUIS

Steeve Pierre-Louis is the Board Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Island United Soccer Academy (IUSA), where he provides strategic financial leadership and oversight for all accounting, compliance, and sustainability initiatives.
An economist specializing in Microfinance, Finance, and Business Development, Steeve brings over 15 years of experience in banking, consulting, and nonprofit management. He currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) at FINCA, a global microfinance institution dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small business owners build sustainable livelihoods. Through his work, Steeve has supported countless families—empowering parents to expand their businesses and afford quality education for their children.
In addition to his microfinance expertise, Steeve is a licensed Life, Health, and Annuity Insurance Professional with Global Finance Impact (GFI). His experience in risk management and financial planning complements his commitment to empowering communities through both financial literacy and long-term stability.
As part of Island United’s leadership team, Steeve combines his professional excellence with his passion for youth empowerment, education, and community development. His disciplined yet compassionate leadership ensures that every initiative at Island United aligns with transparency, accountability, and impact.
When he’s not balancing budgets or mentoring others, Steeve enjoys spending time with his family and contributing to projects that bridge finance, education, and sports to create opportunities for future generations.

Roberto Geffrard is a highly respected Haitian soccer coach, tactician, and sports analyst widely celebrated for his lifelong dedication to youth development. His impact spans across international borders, bridging the soccer communities of Haiti, Europe, and Florida. Guided by an unwavering passion for the game and a disciplined coaching philosophy, Geffrard has built a formidable reputation as a master mentor, dedicated to sculpting the next generation of elite athletes both on and off the pitch.

Geffrard’s sophisticated approach to the game is deeply informed by his international experience, notably absorbing advanced European football methodologies during his time in Germany. He successfully translated this global perspective into actionable success upon returning to Haiti.
National Talent Identification: As a premier technical trainer at the National School of Sports Talents (École Nationale des Talents Sportifs – ENTS), Geffrard was entrusted with the critical responsibility of shaping the technical foundations, tactical intelligence, and physical readiness of the country’s most promising young prospects.
Top-Tier Club Leadership: His sharp tactical acumen and natural leadership qualities caught the attention of the senior circuits, earning him the prestigious appointment of Head Coach for Racing Club Haïtien. Leading one of the capital’s most historic and legendary clubs solidifies his status as a top-tier strategist in Haitian football history.

Now based in South Florida, Coach Geffrard has seamlessly integrated his expertise into the vibrant American soccer landscape, continuing his mission as an elite sports educator.
Coaching in the Florida Circuit: Operating primarily in the Miami metropolitan area, he collaborates with premier youth organizations, notably lending his advanced training methodologies to the Island United Soccer Academy. Through these platforms, he helps domestic and diaspora youth reach collegiate and professional competitive standards.
Media Impact and “RG Koze Foutbal”: Beyond his whistle-and-clipboard duties, Geffrard is a vital intellectual voice for the sport. Deeply invested in the systemic growth of Haitian football, he created and hosts “RG Koze Foutbal,” a highly popular live sports analysis podcast broadcasted on Facebook. The platform serves as a crucial hub for fans, players, and executives, delivering sharp match breakdowns, tactical reviews, and constructive dialogues about the future of the beautiful game.
HEAD COACH
Hailing from the island of La Gonâve in Haiti, Coach Baptiste is a deeply passionate and dedicated leader in the world of youth soccer. Currently serving as the Head Coach of Island United, he brings infectious energy and tactical expertise to the pitch. His impact as a mentor extends to One FC, where he works tirelessly to develop young talent, teaching players not only the fundamentals of the game but also the value of discipline, teamwork, and resilience.
Beyond his impressive coaching credentials, Baptiste is a certified aircraft mechanic. This technical background reflects his sharp attention to detail, precision, and strong sense of responsibility—traits that seamlessly carry over into his coaching philosophy.
As a dynamic young coach, Baptiste’s vision goes far beyond winning matches. He is driven by a profound mission to uplift youth soccer across Haiti. To turn this vision into reality, he founded Agape United International. This impactful organization provides local Haitian teams with the vital infrastructure, structural guidance, and athletic equipment they need. Through his leadership, Baptiste is creating sustainable pathways for young athletes to develop their skills, build bright futures, and thrive.
Assistant Coach
Jhon Kins Berly Bellange is a dedicated soccer coach recognized for his leadership, professionalism, and deep understanding of the game. He consistently sets a strong example both on and off the field, earning the respect of players, coaches, and the entire sports organization. He previously served as an assistant coach at Little Haiti FC, where he trained the women’s UPSL team and the U14 squad. Currently, he volunteers with Miami United FC. Driven by a mission to advance youth soccer development in Haiti, Jhon is also an active member of Agape International United and serves as a football analyst for the Telepam TV show.
